Sport fans can look forward to a spectacular line-up of events that will bring world-class athletes and plenty of action to our region in 2026.

Sunshine Coast Council is proud to support a range of events which bring us together, highlight our natural assets and inject millions of dollars into our local businesses.

Mayor Rosanna Natoli said the Sunshine Coast was a place where sport, community and visitors could come together in the most spectacular way.

“These events showcase world-class talent against our stunning backdrop, create unforgettable experiences and support the businesses that make our region thrive," Mayor Natoli said.

“I encourage everyone to get involved, cheer from the sidelines and enjoy our summer playground of live sports action.”

So, what can we look forward to?
