Sunshine Coast Council has reaffirmed its commitment to the region’s premier arts and cultural event, endorsing the Horizon Festival for three-years off the back of the success of the 2025 festival.

An inviting wetlands national park – which even many locals may not be aware of, running right in between Sippy Downs and Brightwater – provides the perfect place to view coastal plants and animals.
