Ready to truly meet the rainforest? Join one of our passionate volunteer guides for a casual and relaxing walk through Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve on Jinibara Country.

As you wander beneath the canopy, you’ll get to know the rainforest’s towering trees, quirky wildlife, and the incredible ecosystem that makes this place so special. Discover its secrets, hear fascinating stories, and connect with nature like never before.

The track includes boardwalk, sealed and unsealed sections, with gradients ranging from flat to moderate—so a reasonable level of fitness is recommended. Dress for the outdoors and come prepared to meet the rainforest in all its glory!

After your walk, continue the experience: explore the Rainforest Discovery Centre, soak up breathtaking Glass House Mountains views, or enjoy a picnic in the reserve.
