Happy Easter Sunshine Coast, remember to recycle those foil wrappers

Be-sure-to-recycle-foil-this-Easter-scaled.jpg

Did you know Easter egg foils are recyclable? Once you've enjoyed a delicious chocolate or two (or three, or four or more)... don't toss them away without thought.

Wrap all the foil together, scrunching into a ball the size of a golf ball or bigger and throw in the yellow recycling bin.

It's easy to make a difference towards a cleaner, greener and sustainable Sunshine Coast.

Sunshine Coast Council acknowledges the Sunshine Coast Country, home of the Kabi Kabi peoples and the Jinibara peoples, the Traditional Custodians, whose lands and waters we all now share. We wish to pay respect to their Elders – past, present and emerging, and acknowledge the important role First Nations people continue to play within the Sunshine Coast community.
