Council Show Holiday Closures

It’s show season! The Sunshine Coast celebrates with two annual public holidays.

Friday June 2

Council’s customer service counter at Caloundra will be closed this Friday June 2 due to the Maleny Show public holiday.

Nambour and City Hall counters will remain open from 8.30am to 4.30pm as per usual.

The following libraries will be closed on Friday June 2: Beerwah, Caloundra, Kawana, Maleny and the Mobile Library Conondale.

Friday June 16

The Nambour and Sunshine Coast City Hall (Maroochydore) customer service counters will be closed on Friday June 16 due to the Sunshine Coast District Agricultural Show public holiday.

The Caloundra counter will remain open from 8.30am to 4.30pm as per usual.

The following libraries will be closed on Friday, June 16: Coolum, Kenilworth, Maroochydore, Nambour, Mobile Library North Buderim, Mobile Library Peregian Springs and Pacific Paradise.

Roadside waste and recycling collections continue as per the normal schedule.

Customer Service digital options such as email and request for services remain available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and are actioned in business hours.

Council’s after-hours emergency call centre, which is available for those seeking help, will operate 24-hours a day via the customer service phone number 5475 7272.
