LONG WEEKEND LISTEN: Podcast created by locals for locals to help keep you and your family safe
While you’re egg-citedly waiting for the Easter Bunny to deliver some tasty treats, we’re serving you up everything you need to know about preparing for disasters and emergencies on the Sunshine Coast.
Our Get Ready Sunshine Coast podcast brings you the real life stories of locals who’ve lived through bushfires, pandemics and severe storms, along with advice on resilience, emotional wellbeing and neighbours.
We want our community to have all the expert tips needed to make plans and know exactly what to do when a disaster or emergency happens.
Hosted by well-known Sunshine Coast personality Caroline Hutchinson, the six episodes are 20 to 40 minutes long each, perfect for your morning walk, long-weekend cleaning or to binge listen on your holiday road trip.
The Get Ready Sunshine Coast podcast is available now on your favourite podcast app or via the website.
