Probably not a question you've been asked before, but the hunt is on.
Director Daniele Constance is looking for a bunch of people interested in performing in her latest work LOOKS LIKE A TOURIST’ during the 2022 Horizon Festival on from August 26 – September 4.
LOOKS LIKE A TOURIST will bring to life one of our most iconic destinations. This visual spectacle (you won’t miss it!) explores what it’s like to be a visitor in a new place.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- This work is open ages 14+ …so the whole family can sign up if you are keen
- You will need to be available for the rehearsals and the performance times
- To fit the suit you need you to be 140cm min
- No prior dance or performance experience - don't worry, experience isn't necessary and we'd love for you to be involved if this is your first time
TIME COMMITMENT
- 3 x four hour rehearsals between 20 – 25 August 2022
- 2 x performances at Horizon Festival on 27th and 28th August 2022
WHERE
Rehearsals will be held at 2nd Space Dance Studio, Howard Street, Nambour
Performances at Horizon Festival Precinct, Cotton Tree.
