Grab your bike and helmet and give it a go. It’s easy and fun for all ages.

Designed to be raced head to head, pumping is riding without pedalling.

You generate momentum by up and down body movements, instead of pedalling or pushing.

HOW TO PUMP

  • Pull and push with arms and legs
  • Start slowly and increase your speed

The Sugar Bag Road Mountain Bike Trails are suitable for all level of mountain bike enthusiasts.

This network of trails has a very unique feel given that it has over 50 built timber features to ride, some of which will challenge even the most experienced rider, while at the same time riding with the beginner in the family.

Very much a choose your own adventure ride with about 12km of trails close to town.

HOW TO GET THERE

Head to the Sugar Bag MTB Trails carpark on Sugar Bag Road, Caloundra.

If coming from out of town (Caloundra Road) you pass the turn onto Lawman St and then turn into the carpark.

For 200 walking, paddling, cycling and riding trails on the Sunshine Coast #chooseyournextadventure with Adventure Sunshine Coast.
