There’s one week to go to nominate to join two special groups as part of the Mooloolaba Foreshore Revitalisation project.

Sunshine Coast Council is seeking expressions of interest from individuals who want to be part of a Mooloolaba Business Activation Group or Mooloolaba Stakeholder Interest Group.

The two groups will bring together interested parties to share information, insights and ideas aimed at making the construction phase as smooth as possible for businesses, locals and visitors.

Construction planning is progressing for Stage 2 of the Mooloolaba Foreshore Revitalisation.

This includes a showpiece central meeting place, flowing viewing decks, picnic areas, expansive landscaping, new public amenities including toilets and beach showers, new terraced seawall and broad, accessible coastal pathway.

Visit the website to view the Terms of Reference and submit and Expression of Interest before Tuesday, 13 February 2024: https://haveyoursay.sunshinecoast.qld.gov.au/mooloolaba-foreshore-revitalisation-project-crg
