Find your peace in nature

Come and share in the simple pleasures and gentle, restorative qualities of nature at the Finding Presence in Nature session, part of Council’s flagship community health and wellbeing program –Healthy Sunshine Coast.  

Join the activity on Sundays (second, third and fourth Sundays of the month) at 4pm at the Maroochy Bushland Botanic Gardens. Ages 8+ welcome. Get your ticket here.

The session draws on the principles of nature therapy and will encourage participants to explore and connect with nature at the gardens. Activities include grounding in present awareness, wanders through the gardens, opportunities for interacting with other participants, and small adventures in creativity.

Cost is only $10 or $5 with a Health Care or Pensioners card.

Healthy Sunshine Coast hosts a range of other low-cost health and wellbeing activities around the region. Registration is free, but essential. Once signed up, local residents will be able to attend the suite of activities on offer.
