Looking for an easy outdoor escape that combines nature, exercise and relaxation? The Yaroomba Bushland Park loop is a peaceful 1.2km circuit that winds through rainforest, wetlands, vine forest and Wallum woodland, all within easy reach of some of the Sunshine Coast's most popular coastal areas.

Suitable for walkers of all ages, families, mountain bike riders and dogs on leash, the trail provides a great way to get active while enjoying the natural environment.

A highlight of the walk is the elevated eco-boardwalk, which winds through wetland areas and allows visitors to experience this unique landscape year-round. Along the trail, you'll find plenty of shade, native vegetation and opportunities to spot local wildlife.

After rain, the wetlands come alive with the sound of frogs, while bush turkeys are often seen foraging among the undergrowth. Despite its urban surrounds, the trail offers a surprisingly tranquil experience.

The circuit also features a playground and picnic table nearby, making it a great option for families looking to spend time outdoors together.

While the walk is generally easy, visitors should be mindful of some exposed tree roots along sections of the track.

For those seeking a gentler alternative to some of the region's steeper and busier trails, this scenic loop is well worth exploring.
