Australia’s hottest indie band of the moment, Spacey Jane, has sold out their only Sunshine Coast show scheduled to play at popular community venue.

Spacey Jane joins an epic list of vibrant events coming up at Venue 114.

Venue 114 Manager Louise Thompson said the Sunshine Coast community were in for a treat with a diverse calendar of events in 2023.

“Our community space has an exciting year ahead with an incredible line-up of homegrown bands as well as curating and hosting a number of cultural, business and youth events taking place right here at Venue 114,” Ms Thompson said.

In Conversation with Leisel Jones

Sunshine Coast residents will have a rare chance to hear about the highs and lows of one of Australia’s greatest swimmers and learn how she rose above adversity.

Leisel Jones will feature as the special guest speaker at Venue 114’s In Conversation long lunch celebrating International Women’s Day 2023.

Having overcome her own personal challenges, including mental health and body image battles, Leisel is well known for motivating her audiences to live with authenticity and integrity.

When: Wednesday, March 8, 2023

Cost:  $99 per person plus booking fee

Australian Wearable Art Festival

Giving Met Gala creative vibes, The Australian Wearable Art Festival is back for 2023.

Merging art, science, fashion and technology will result in wearable pieces of art that inspire, intrigue and motivate. This is Australia’s largest wearable art show, where over 40 national and international entries take to the catwalk in a spectacular night of entertainment.
