Have you been wanting to explore some of the Sunshine Coast's amazing bushwalking trails but haven't felt confident heading out on your own?

Healthy Sunshine Coast, in partnership with the Sunshine Coast Bushwalking Club, is offering a series of four guided bushwalks throughout September, giving residents a fantastic opportunity to connect with nature, improve their wellbeing and discover some of the region's most beautiful landscapes.

Healthy Sunshine Coast is Sunshine Coast Council's flagship community health and wellbeing program, encouraging participants to move well, think well, connect well and enjoy time in nature through a range of low-cost and free activities suitable for all ages and abilities.

Experienced volunteer leaders from the Sunshine Coast Bushwalking Club will guide participants through a variety of scenic hinterland and coastal walks. Whether you're new to bushwalking or an experienced walker looking to explore somewhere new, there's a walk to suit you.

Numbers are kept small to ensure everyone feels comfortable participating. A reasonable level of fitness is required as some walks include hills and uneven terrain, and all walks will be completed at a group pace with volunteer leaders ensuring no one is left behind.
