Looking for bike trails that will get your heart pumping and fun for all ages and skill levels! Head out to Sugar Bag Road Mountain bike trails. Grab your bike and helmet and give the pump track a go.

Suitability

This location is suitable for all ages and level's of mountain bike enthusiasts.

Highlights

The pump track is a great example of one design can fit all! Where you could be a four year old on a balance bike, or just up for a bit of bike riding fun, or a professional BMX rider!

On top of that the design allows for head to head pump track racing!

What is head to head pump track racing?

Pumping is riding without pedalling. You generate momentum by up and down body movements, instead of pedalling or pushing. Pull and push with your arms and legs. Start slowly and increase your speed.

So grab your buddy, race head to head and see who is faster, but remember no peddling!

Sunshine Coast Council acknowledges the Sunshine Coast Country, home of the Kabi Kabi peoples and the Jinibara peoples, the Traditional Custodians, whose lands and waters we all now share. We wish to pay respect to their Elders – past, present and emerging, and acknowledge the important role First Nations people continue to play within the Sunshine Coast community.
